Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and judgments that stop you from creating a life you love.



I'm an accredited teacher in both MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Mindfulness for children. I am also an Access Bars practitioner.  I feel passionately that each one of us has the ability to change or discard unhelpful learned ways of being, allowing our best self to shine.


From lowering stress and anxiety levels, to calming the busy mind, the MBSR course has proven time and again to be highly effective. My aim as a teacher is to create an open, safe and supportive environment to allow learning and sharing to flourish. Throughout the sessions I'm there to assist you in learning these new skills, providing both group and individual instruction. I also work with corporate groups and through Macmillan Education have reached over 30,000 people world-wide with webinars on Mindfulness in the classroom, stress management and meditation for beginners. I also created their first Mindfulness Courses for Primary students, part of their SEL courses "Lead the Way" and "Learning Lands".
