What Happens During a Session?

What You'll Learn

In this personalized session, we'll explore what mindfulness is (and isn't), the science behind stress, and how mindfulness can help you respond more skillfully to life's challenges—whether that's external pressures, the inner critic, difficult emotions, or physical distress.

What to Expect

Each session includes a guided meditation and discussion. You'll need a quiet space where you can be undisturbed, ideally where you can lie down. After the session, you'll receive a recording of the meditation for your continued practice.

Important to Know

Mindfulness isn't a quick fix—it's a way of living that takes practice. While it's not therapy, many find it deeply therapeutic. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or Skype, giving you the freedom to connect from anywhere with a good internet connection.
