Drop-in Mindfulness sessions online

On Sundays 10am I offer a mindfulness meditation session on a donation basis. GMT +1 (Spanish time)


I use Zoom and if you're interested I'll send the link to join us. It's suitable for beginners and for those with experience. 

In the sessions I lead a guided meditation and then invite participants to share their experience- only if they wish to. A great way to meet me online and see whether this might be a good way to lower stress levels.
