Drop-in Mindfulness sessions online

On Sundays 10am I offer a mindfulness meditation session on a donation basis. CET (Spanish time)

 

I use Zoom and if you're interested I'll send the link to join us. It's suitable for beginners and for those with experience. 

In the sessions I lead a guided meditation and then invite participants to share their experience- only if they wish to. A great way to meet online and see whether this might be suitable for you as a way to lower stress levels.
