Drop-in Mindfulness sessions online

On Sundays 10am I offer a mindfulness meditation session on a donation basis. CET (Spanish time)

 

I use Zoom and if you're interested I'll send the link to join us. It's suitable for beginners and for those with experience. 

In the sessions I lead a guided meditation and talk about ways to lower stress and anxiety and also aid sleeping better. A great way to meet online and see whether mindfulness meditation might be suitable for you. There is no commitment at all, I just run it most Sundays.
