Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on session designed to help quiet mental noise, reduce stress, and create space for clarity and wellbeing. It uses light touch on 32 specific points on the head to support release of thoughts, beliefs, emotions and patterns that can limit ease and presence in your life.

What Happens During an Access Bars Session?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
You lie comfortably while the practitioner gently touches the 32 Bars points around your head. Many people:

There is no pressure, manipulation, or force — only light touch designed to invite ease.
Sessions are available in the Shrewsbury area, at your home, or available online via Zoom. Cost: £70 per session adults, £35 children*
*children's session 30-40 minutes, for up to 16 years.
