Mindfulness sessions are run regularly in Barcelona and Sitges by Emma Reynolds, an accredited Mindfulness Teacher. We run Mindfulness and Yoga Retreats in France during the summer. The MBSR course is also available On Line. With our new Individual sessions you can also try Mindfulness, or refresh your practice.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues to help people suffering with physical and emotional pain and stress. Internationally recognised, with years of positive research this course gives you the tools work with anxiety and stress. Individual, group sessions and online courses.
I'm an accredited teacher in both MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Mindfulness for primary children - Paws B Teacher (Mindfulness in Schools Project). I feel passionately that each one of us has the ability to change or discard unhelpful learned ways of being, allowing you to be your best self. From lowering stress and anxiety levels, to calming the busy mind, the MBSR course has proven time and again to be highly effective. My aim is to create an open, safe and supportive environment to allow learning and sharing to flourish.
