Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an internationally recognised course backed by years of positive research. It gives you the tools to work with anxiety and stress yourself. This course is currently offered live online in a 1-2-1 format.

I'm an accredited teacher in both MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Mindfulness for primary children - Paws B Teacher (Mindfulness in Schools Project). I feel passionately that each one of us has the ability to change or discard unhelpful learned ways of being, allowing you to be your best self. From lowering stress and anxiety levels, to calming the busy mind, the MBSR course has proven time and again to be highly effective. My aim is to create an open, safe and supportive environment to allow learning and sharing to flourish. I also work with corporate groups and recently worked with 850 teachers through Macmillan Education on Mindfulness for stress management in the classroom.
